Great dinner at rockfish tonight. Red Fish, gumbo, catfish... all were really well prepared. Star of the show was our server. Keme was friendly, knew the menu and very professional. Great time.
Great service in a clean restaurant on Crawfish Tuesday. Specials all day long. Crawfish 6.99lb. We got a boil to share and it was incredible. Several flavors to choose from. The nitro will light you up! You can ask for light spice and that's what we did. We chose a blend of garlic butter and light nitro. It was spicy but not too spicy. Perfect! Great service. Great meal. No complaints!
Delicious! We love getting their live boiled crawfish during crawfish season, but when it's out of season we go for their fresh fish and veggies! So amazing! Love all the flavor and enjoy good food. The Brussels sprouts medley is so delicious, the cranberries and mix is my favorite side dish! The atmosphere is perfect for a fish restaurant, very nautical. Whole family loves it, it's family friendly. Always had great service, will continue to come back again and again!
We've been here on many occasions and have always been very satisfied with the food and service. On our latest visit, I order the crab meat stuffed tilapia which was excellent. We also ordered a chicken dish which was also excellent. On Saturday evenings they have half price bottles of wine, so that makes it even better. Highly recommend!
Been coming here for their lunch specials with the wifey for awhile and we try to order something different every time but it's hard not to be tempted with the usual! Today the wifey ordered the fried catfish & shrimp basket. It was a good size serving and delicious! I had the poboy & clam chowder combo. Poboy is always good with their tasty fried shrimp. I also had to order a bowl of their shrimp gumbo! It was okay and a decent serving size but a little on the bland side. Also had a piece of okra that was a bit hard and should've been trimmed off. Overall, we'll keep coming and trying other things on their menu. We still have a good bit of dishes to try out!
I was craving seafood and this restaurant is not far from home so we decided to give it a shot. Thankfully we were not disappointed as everything was great - including our server Morgan! We ordered a Bayou Rita ($7 - YUM!), a cup of Gumbo ($5.75 and ok), the blackened red snapper entree (see pic), Surf & Turf (see pic), a side salad ($3), diet Coke ($3.15), and the Fried Bread Pudding ($7 and OMG - YUM!) for a total of $73.65 before tip. Everything was delicious (the Gumbo was "ok) and we asked Morgan for the dessert suggestion and it didn't disappoint. What a find! Everyone was was friendly from the minute we walked through the door and that is a plus. We will definitely be back!
